I got a reference to Christian through a colleague at work. I've worked with him for close to six months now and have made measurable progress in fitness goals.He is kind to beginners and crafts progressive workout plans that challenge you to the limits each time. There are a variety workouts and with different variations so the sessions always feel fresh. When there is the occasional cramp he has just the right stretch to recover quickly. He is flexible with timings and last minute reschedules.Overall, undergoing training with him has been one of the best decisions.

Weight Loss

If you’ve struggled with losing weight in the past, you’re not alone! Approximately half of the population have tried to lose weight at least some point, but many do not achieve their goals, or re-gain the weight they’ve worked so hard to lose! Our method of personalized training and accoutability makes sure you’re burning calories in and out of training sessions, helping you achieve your ideal look.

Strength Training

Strength training (the right way) is possibly the most important aspect of any training routine. By working with weight (both from your own body, and through the use of equipment), you’re gaining strength and power, correcting neuromuscular movement and posture, toning muscle, managing pain, and YES losing weight! And the more muscle you have, the more your body burns calories – that’s straight science.

Cardio – Heart Health

Every session involves a moderately intense cardio/HIIT session (based on your abilities and goals, of course), to strengthen the most important muscle in your body – your heart, and to maximize your calorie burn. And you’ll have fun and feel great afterwards!

Toning

With a combination of strength training, weight loss, cardio, and calorie tracking, your body achieves more muscle and less body fat, AKA toning. This is why photos are important! Some goals aren’t apparent on the scale, especially if you’ve built a bit of muscle. With toning, you’ll see the improvements right before your eyes.

Accountability

The reason why most people fail is lack of accountability. Without motivation, EVERYTHING is difficult (believe me, I’ve been there). Our trainers are here to wake you up, encourage you, listen to your problems, and work through your fears alongside you, all hours of the day, in and out of your workout sessions. Meal Plans & Diet Mentoring

For many clients, such as those who would like to lose weight, calorie tracking is more important than working out! We can provide customized meal plans based on your preferences, allergies, and goals, as well as using MyFitnessPal to track your calories. The most successful weight-loss clients track their calories!

Mental Wellness

We understand the struggle. Now more than ever, people are struggling, seemingly on their own. We come from a place of care, empathy, and understanding. Exercising can be extremely important, and is often prescribed by physicians, for people’s mental health. So along with your trainer, we’ll work together to get you to a place of better mental clarity.

Pain & Mobility

I come from an extensive physical therapy background. I’ve seen it all – knee replacements, low back pain, strained shoulders, fractured ankles – and much more. Many of our clients come to training with some degree of pain they’ve accumulated over the years, so one of our main goals is pain relief as well as the education of exercises and stretches to perform outside of the session. And after training with me, the majority of our clients experience pain relief for the first time in years!
