Chris is an excellent trainer. He has extensive knowledge on body structure and composition. He therefore, personalizes your workout sessions and changes them as he sees fit. He takes into consideration your fitness goals, as well as your age , body composition and injuries that may prevent you from doing certain exercises. He’s very patient and will always go over all exercises until he sees that you can perform them correctly. His charismatic personality, positive attitude and his encouraging words just make your workout sessions all worth it !!

I got a reference to Christian through a colleague at work. I've worked with him for close to six months now and have made measurable progress in fitness goals. He is kind to beginners and crafts progressive workout plans that challenge you to the limits each time. There are a variety workouts and with different variations so the sessions always feel fresh. When there is the occasional cramp he has just the right stretch to recover quickly. He is flexible with timings and last minute reschedules. Overall, undergoing training with him has been one of the best decisions.

I've started with Chris over a year now & that was the best decision ever! He is very knowledgeable & focused on what an individual would need to improve overall health. not only the exercise, but also regarding diet, lifestyle modifications etc. So it helps tremendously. He is very friendly, flexible with scheduling, even if its last min reschedule . at the same time very strict abt stepping up the challenges one can take to build up strength/burn calories. I'm doing classes via zoom & feel like this is as effective as in-person training. Highly recommended!!
